Alex Brown

I have over 10 years of experience with diabetes management, exercise and diabetes education.

I received my bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Nutrition and Human performance from Logan University.

There will be three – 1 hour training sessions (1 training session per week) for the first 3 weeks. These sessions will also include the blood glucose evaluation. Week 4 will be the 1 hour basic nutrition course

NO!  We accept all levels of fitness.  No one is too advanced or too novice.
